I took my dog Cooper here on Thursday nite he had been to Whitehouse vets earlier that day at 2.30pm they told me he had a stomach upset . I knew he wasn't rite. I got to All Creatures at 9ish the vet immediately saw Cooper was in serious distress. The vet did an ultrasound and bloods . Cooper had a tumour on his pancreas and his internal organs were shutting down. Sadly there was nothing that could be done and the vet put him peacefully to sleep. How did Whitehouse vets miss this ??? The vet and nurse at All Creatures were kind , compassionate and gentle . I can't praise them enough.

Had a 20 minute consult with my Griffon, ten minutes of which was a sales pitch. The pricing is absolutely extortionate. my dog was prescribed 3 medications for a total cost of £67. Pricing them individually after the fact, the cost was £29. £14 for a stain in my dogs eye ???? and £62 to suffer a sales pitch. I will never EVER use this practice again

Can't praise April, Matthew, Sharon and the team at All Creatures highly enough. They were fantastic with Meg when she fell ill and required emergency surgery. They kept us informed and at each stage told us the costs involved and what was happening. Their love and kindness towards her was genuine and the whole atmosphere of the clinic was welcoming. Meg who is notorious for not liking strange new places even wagged her tail on her post-op return.
